Position Summary

The Server is responsible for providing warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service while ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience from the moment they are seated until they leave the restaurant. Successful candidates are friendly, organized, professional, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of two (2) years of recent full-service restaurant serving experience required
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous seafood or upscale casual dining experience is preferred
  • Strong food, wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge or willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
  • Must meet all state and local alcohol service requirements
