Unicoi State Park & Lodge is looking for an enthusiastic, personable Full-Time Server/Bartender to join our hospitality team. Nestled in the beautiful North Georgia mountains, Unicoi offers a one-of-a-kind setting where great food, great drinks, and genuine Southern hospitality come together.

Our team serves guests at two unique dining destinations: Smith Creek Tavern and Annas Italian Restaurant. Whether you're pouring a craft cocktail, recommending the perfect entre, or creating a memorable dining experience, you'll play an important role in making every guest's visit special.

What You'll Do
  • Provide friendly, attentive service from greeting guests through payment
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly
  • Deliver food and drinks with a welcoming attitude and attention to detail
  • Make recommendations and help guests discover their next favorite dish or drink
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar and dining area
  • Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
  • Follow all responsible alcohol service, food safety, and company standards
