About the role
Hotel Bardo Savannah is seeking a polished, energetic Server Support professional to join the team at Saint Bibiana, our coastal Italian restaurant.
This role is ideal for someone who loves the pace and energy of an upscale restaurant and understands that exceptional hospitality is built through the details. As part of the dining room team, you will support servers, deliver food with confidence and precision, maintain an immaculate environment, and engage naturally with guests throughout their experience.
We are looking for someone with charisma, urgency, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in elevated food, beverage, and hospitality experiences.
This is an onsite position located at Hotel Bardo Savannah.
What you'll do
  • Support servers and the broader restaurant team in delivering a seamless, polished guest experience
  • Run food from the kitchen to guest tables quickly, accurately, and with strong menu awareness
  • Clear, clean, reset, and maintain tables throughout service
  • Refill water and beverages and anticipate guest needs before being asked
  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked server stations and service areas
  • Support the expo line and help ensure food is delivered with proper timing and presentation
  • Communicate confidently and professionally with guests, servers, culinary team members, and restaurant leadership
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate service concerns to leadership
  • Maintain Saint Bibiana and Hotel Bardo standards for cleanliness, presentation, service, and hospitality

Qualifications
  • Previous restaurant, food runner, busser, server assistant, or hospitality experience preferred
  • Genuine interest in upscale dining, food, beverage, and exceptional guest service
  • Polished, personable, and comfortable interacting with a wide variety of guests
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to anticipate what needs to happen next
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Able to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Reliable, attentive, and committed to maintaining high standards
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of restaurant service
