Clinical Audiologist - Cochlear Implant and/or Vestibular Specialty Opportunity - Colorado Springs

UCHealth Medical Group and UCHealth Audiology Clinic at Chapel Hills in Colorado Springs, CO are ready to welcome an Audiologist to their team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, interested in working full-time, and focused on excellent patient care. Join a collaborative and growing otolaryngology team in a well-established practice environment that prioritizes multidisciplinary care. Our team includes 3 audiologists, 2 audiology technicians, 7 ENT physicians, and 5 ENT advanced practice providers . Our audiology and otolaryngology teams work collaboratively on the same floor to deliver integrated, patient-centered care.
This position offers the opportunity to develop a specialty focus in either cochlear implants or vestibular diagnostics , depending on your interests and experience.
Practice Highlights
• Established Cochlear Implant Program working with Cochlear Americas, MED-EL, and Advanced Bionics
• Fully equipped vestibular laboratory including VNG, rotary chair, VEMP, and vHIT
• Collaboration with vestibular physical therapists located in the same building
• Close integration with ENT physicians and APPs for coordinated patient care
• Epic EMR utilized system-wide
• Full-time position with a four-day work week
Clinical Responsibilities
• Provide a full range of diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology services
• Collaborate with ENT physicians to support comprehensive otologic care
• Develop a specialty focus in either cochlear implant services or vestibular diagnostics (experience in one area is sufficient; both are not required)
Preferred Experience
• Experience with cochlear implant programming and management and/or vestibular diagnostic testing
This is an excellent opportunity for an audiologist seeking to build or expand a subspecialty practice within a supportive ENT group , with access to advanced technology and a strong interdisciplinary team.

This position will be open for a minimum of 3 days and will remain open until a top candidate is identified.

Requirements for Audiologists
    • Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.)
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA or current certification from American Board of Audiology)
    • Colorado State licensure required
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross

    Exceptional Benefits
    This position offers a competitive compensation package:
    • The pay range for this full-time position is $84,032 - $110,157 annually. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience. A productivity incentive may be offered for this position.
    • Relocation bonus of up to $10,000, if eligible.
    • Paid malpractice.
    • Continuing medical education (CME) of up to $3,500 and up to 5 days annually.
    • 403(b) with employer matching contribution; 457(b) voluntary option if eligible.
    • Exceptional health and welfare benefits including medical, vision, dental, life insurance, and disability coverage including coverage for eligible dependents.
    • UCHealth is a qualifying employer for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program. UCHealth provides employees with free assistance navigating the PSLF program.
    • UCHealth provides employer-paid short-term disability (STD) coverage as a supplement to Colorado FAMLI, offering up to 66.67% of your base pay.
    • We also offer employer-provided long-term disability (LTD) coverage, which equals 50% of your base pay, up to $17,500 per month. Additionally, you have the option to buy up LTD coverage to 60% or 66.7%.

    • Full suite of voluntary benefits such as flexible spending accounts for health care and dependent care, health savings accounts (available with HD/HSA medical plan only), identity theft protection, pet insurance, and employee discount programs.
