Coordination of benefits (COB) jobs focus on helping an insurance provider determine the respective payment responsibilities of each person involved in a plan. You may also help investigate suspicious claims and ensure the everyone follows the correct process for submitting paperwork and providing information to patients and healthcare providers. Professionals in COB jobs frequently communicate with patients, provide information about payment and subsidies, and use phone or email to contact caregivers or other insurance companies as needed.

Position Summary
Investigates and processes COB (Coordination of Benefits) COB claims, and completes all necessary steps needed for claims processing. Assists in customer service inquiries regarding contractual and administrative policies and applies excellent customer service when a phone call is needed to complete a COB claim. This is a FT WFH role.
Pay Range
$18.39 - $20.58 hourly, DOE.
*Actual pay is based on qualifications. Applicants who do not exceed the minimum qualifications will only be eligible for the low end of the pay range.
