Responsibilities

  • Comply with all cGMP's and related SOP's
  • Accurately enter batch information on Machine Working Chart.
  • Follow coating formulas to weigh and prepare coating solutions.
  • Set coating pan controls as per coating formula.
  • Follow instructions on coating formula to process the coating of the tablets.
  • Fill out the coating formula as performed.

Qualifications

  • No experience is required.
  • This employee will be trained in the operation and responsibilities of coating tablets.
  • Employee must be able to lift 60 lbs and execute a coating formula per instructions following training.
  • Employee will spend a minimum of four weeks training with qualified coating pan operator.
