Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in casual dining and food service management, paired with a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, leading staff across all departments including servers, hosts, bartenders, and kitchen personnel. This role ensures smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service throughout the establishment. Key duties include managing seating and reservations, monitoring guest satisfaction, enforcing health and safety compliance, maintaining cleanliness and organization in all areas, handling cash, and facilitating effective communication and coordination between the front and back of house teams.

This individual will train and develop team members in service excellence, food service practices, and operational procedures to ensure a consistent and elevated dining experience. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of restaurant operations, a hands-on leadership style, and a proactive approach to resolving guest concerns quickly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all front-of-house operations and staff to uphold service excellence.
  • Oversee seating arrangements, guest interactions, and daily flow of service.
