Navigator Coach / Practice Growth Partner
The Navigator Coach/Practice Growth Partner is responsible for guiding dental practices through a structured onboarding process and ongoing engagement to ensure exceptional satisfaction, retention, and success. This role involves partnering with dental practices to create customized growth plans, providing training and resources, and monitoring progress to ensure alignment with program goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping practices achieve excellence through structured coaching and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard all new customers within the program, following the customer journey to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Follow the renewal process to maximize client retention and minimize churn by consistently demonstrating value.
- Maintain consistency in the delivery of internal operational processes, program framework, tools, and resources to drive practice success.
- Meet with Navigator clients monthly, working closely with the Office Manager (OM) or Operations Manager (OP) to help train them to facilitate successful meetings.
- Develop a customized Quarterly Action Plan for each practice, addressing current challenges and aligning with the practice's goals for the next three months.
- Schedule all steady-state meetings and workshops in alignment with the customer journey and maintain the recommended time allocation for each touchpoint.
- Monitor and analyze engagement levels with lessons and activities, addressing any decrease in engagement to ensure consistent progress.
- Ensure clients are scheduled for and attending appropriate live or virtual workshops that support their quarterly growth plan at least once per quarter.
- Lead quarterly business review meetings to empower doctors and office managers to train, facilitate, and implement learning activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in coaching, consulting, or training within the dental or healthcare industry.
- Prior experience in dental practice consulting required, multiple practices a big plus.
- Experience in leadership, especially with dental practices, DSOs a big plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience with client management tools like Gainsight and a familiarity with developing and executing growth plans.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for program improvement.
This position is open for either Hybrid (Scottsdale) or Remote (outside of Greater Phoenix market).
Compensation $85,000 + bonus, full bonuses including medical, dental, 401k, flexible time off.
