En CrossFit Paleolith buscamos coaches que no solo entrenen, sino que transformen vidas, construyan comunidad y eleven la experiencia del cliente en cada clase.
El coach ser responsable de impactar directamente la retencin de miembros, la calidad del entrenamiento y el crecimiento del box, trabajando en conjunto con el Head Coach.
RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE
  • Disear y ejecutar WODs efectivos, retantes y alineados con los objetivos del box
  • Dirigir clases dinmicas, seguras y altamente energticas
  • Corregir tcnica y prevenir lesiones con atencin personalizada
  • Crear una experiencia que motive al cliente a regresar (retencin)
  • Identificar oportunidades de desarrollo del cliente (ej. entrenamiento personal)
  • Fomentar comunidad, respeto y cultura dentro del box
  • Mantener estndares profesionales (puntualidad, presencia, enfoque total en clase)
MTRICAS DE XITO
El desempeo del coach ser medido por:
  • Retencin de miembros en sus clases
  • Nivel de satisfaccin del cliente
  • Participacin en comunidad (eventos, competencias)
  • Crecimiento en servicios adicionales (ej. PT)
  • Evaluaciones semestrales de desempeo
REQUISITOS
  • Certificacin CrossFit Level 1 (mnimo)
  • Experiencia previa como coach o entrenador (preferido)
  • Alta energa, liderazgo y habilidades de comunicacin
  • Mentalidad de crecimiento y aprendizaje continuo
