JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Strategic End-to-End Product Quality Leader will serve as a high-level individual contributor responsible for embedding, driving, and sustaining quality excellence across the entire business line. This role will lead strategic quality initiatives, upgrades, and projects that span customer engagement, product development, manufacturing, and vendor partnerships. Acting as a key advisor to senior leadership, the position ensures that quality standards are integrated into every aspect of operations, aligning with organizational goals and market expectations.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Leadership
  • Define and execute end-to-end quality strategies that elevate product performance and customer satisfaction
  • Partner with Business Growth Team Leaders - Product Management, RD&I, and Supply Chain - to set long-term roadmap and priorities for quality transformation
  • Work with Enterprise Quality to implement Andersen-wide initiatives and best practices within the Business Growth Team functions

Quality Systems & Compliance
  • Lead upgrades to quality systems, tools, and processes to meet evolving industry standards
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Cross-Functional Influence
  • Collaborate with plant managers, engineering, operations, and leadership teams to embed quality practices into daily operations
  • Serve as the primary liaison with vendors, ensuring supplier quality standards are aligned with requirements
  • Integrate customer feedback into continuous improvement initiatives

Project Leadership
  • Drive enterprise-wide quality projects, from concept through implementation, ensuring measurable impact on performance and efficiency
  • Monitor progress, report outcomes, and recommend adjustments to leadership

Culture & Communication
  • Promote a culture of quality accountability and continuous improvement across the organization
  • Communicate quality priorities and progress effectively to leadership, plant teams, and external partners

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION, SKILL AND/OR COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing quality leadership, ideally within windows, doors, or related building products
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-level quality initiatives as an individual contributor with strategic influence.
  • Knowledge of SPC, COA, problem-solving and quality management systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
  • Experience working with vendors, customers, and cross-functional teams to embed quality practices

$124,235.00 - $192,565.00

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
