Our incredible interns play a huge part in the success of our Firm, particularly on our Operations team, which is headquartered in Wilmington, DE. All of our departments have welcomed interns, including Facilities, Finance, Accounting, National Events, Information Systems, and Human Resources.

Designed to provide both tactical and practical skill development, our internship program also offers a unique perspective and emphasis on individual leadership development, which we believe enhances the overall experience of an internship with Siegfried.

Participants are permitted to work up to 40 hours per week, and while on-site work at one of our offices is preferred, locations may vary. The nature of your day-to-day work will vary depending on your department focus. All participants must embody unique intangible skills, with a drive to learn and become better individual leaders.
