How You'll Help Drive The Future Of Natural Gas:

  • Generates financial results by modeling project inputs into all PGS business financial models. This requires coordination between Engineering, Sales & Marketing, and Business Development to ensure accurate financial modeling.
  • Assist with maintaining and enhancing PGS's financial assumptions/processes and the deployment of models.
  • Gathers and maintains needed sources of information necessary to support modeling, analysis, Sales, and decision-making activities.
  • Prepare charts, graphs, presentations, and summaries as needed in support of project feasibilities and strategic business objectives.
  • Assists with ad-hoc strategic analysis as needed.

What You Need To Succeed:

  • Currently enrolled in your 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of an undergraduate program, or a graduate program, at an ABET-accredited university or college.
  • Maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
  • Must be part of your university's co-op program to qualify as a co-op student.
  • Excel basics (use of formulas, formatting)
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint required
  • Business Analytics or Finance field of study

  • Prior Intern/Co-Op with Peoples Gas
  • Advanced Excel (indexing, arrays, Pivot tables) a plus
  • Knowledge of Organization and Process Improvement preferred
  • Familiarity with Power BI and MySQL a plus
