Fishkill, NY | $21–$25 per hour | Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–2:30 PM


Rombout Village Co-op Management Office is looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Part-Time Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our team.


This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is organized and detail-oriented, and wants a consistent weekday schedule.


Schedule & Pay

  • Monday–Friday
  • 9:30 AM–2:30 PM
  • 25 hours per week
  • $21–$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks experience are highly valued and may qualify you for a higher starting rate.


Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist tenants in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Respond to tenant questions and requests
  • Schedule and confirm work orders as needed
  • Receive and organize office correspondence and documents
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and office tasks
  • Use Microsoft Word and Excel for routine office work
  • Use QuickBooks for bookkeeping-related tasks, depending on experience
  • Communicate professionally with tenants, vendors, and management
  • Help maintain an organized and welcoming management office


Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Organized and detail-oriented
