At Kelly, we’re seeking a Machine Operator to join our team in Chantilly, VA.
Pay Rate:
  • Day Shift: 5am–5pm ($17.00/hr)
  • Evening Shift: 5pm–5am ($19.50/hr)
Schedule:
  • 12-hour shifts, flexible scheduling available

Machine Operator:
– Operate machines that manufacture credit cards and package envelopes into boxes
– Monitor and adjust machinery during production, ensuring products meet quality standards
– Load and unload work materials, routinely lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted
– Assist with inventory and maintain an organized work area
– Work across logistics teams to keep material flow running smoothly
– Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and adapt to learning new machines as necessary
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Have a high school diploma or equivalent
– Are comfortable with standing 12-hour shifts and routine heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)
– Possess basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems
– Demonstrate strong teamwork, attention to detail, and adaptability
– Have previous experience as a machine operator or in a warehouse setting (preferred, not required)
Physical Requirements:
