The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to support safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role ensures components are produced to exact specifications and supports continuous improvement within the manufacturing process.

Requirements:

Essential Functions

โ€ขSet up and operate CNC machines, including loading programs, selecting tooling, and adjusting machine settings for accurate production.

โ€ขRead and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure machining accuracy.

โ€ขInspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify compliance with quality standards.

โ€ขMonitor machine performance and product output, making adjustments as needed to maintain consistent quality and efficiency.

โ€ขPerform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspection of machine components.

โ€ขIdentify, troubleshoot, and report machining issues or equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
