Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dish and sanitation area.
  • Operate the dish machine efficiently while maintaining proper water temperatures and chemical levels.
  • Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes following food safety standards.
  • Stack and rinse dishware for optimal cleaning results.
  • Drain, clean, and refill dish tanks throughout the shift to maintain standards.
  • Restock clean wares to proper locations to support kitchen flow.
  • Remove trash, break down boxes, and maintain clean disposal areas.
  • Maintain dumpster area cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Complete prep tasks and support kitchen team members as needed.
  • Follow all opening, closing, and cleaning checklists.
  • Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for service at all times.
  • Work as part of a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen environment.
