ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TS/SCI POLYGRAPH LEVEL IS REQUIRED


We are seeking a meticulous, analytical Rules Analyst Level 2 specializing in mission compliance and legal policy extraction to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD. In this role, you will analyze legal frameworks, governing policy documents, and operational guidelines to extract key compliance obligations and translate them into machine-readable rules. You won't just review policies on paper—you will actively partner with software engineers, operational end-users, and leadership to design controls and system requirements that automate compliance across high-visibility mission environments. From drafting user guides and authoring technical briefings to providing subject matter expertise on customer authorities, you will play a vital role in keeping mission capabilities compliant and operational. If you excel at bridging legal/policy complexity with technical execution, you’ll fit right in with Team Nyla.


The annual base salary range for this role is $145,000-$171,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
