Now Hiring: Manufacturing Machine Operators

Job Description

In this role, you'll learn to operate metal fabrication machinery to transform sheet metal into high-quality components used in a variety of industries. Previous machine operation experience needed but industry specific experience not required.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC and manual press and bending equipment to form sheet metal parts.
  • Learn to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
  • Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate production.
  • Inspect finished parts to verify quality and specifications.

Skill Recommendations

  • 2+ years of manufacturing machine set up and operation.
  • Previous experience with metal fabrication machinery, press brakes, shears, etc. beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Ability to read and follow blueprints and work instructions.
  • Basic mechanical and measuring skills.
