Join a Growing Manufacturing Team- Fiber Laser Operators Needed!

$22-$26/Hour | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Monday-Friday 7am-5pm and 5:30pm-3:30am

Are you an experienced CNC Fiber Laser Operator looking for a stable opportunity with competitive pay, excellent benefits, and room for long-term growth? We're seeking a motivated professional who takes pride in producing high-quality work and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
If you have experience with CNC laser equipment, blueprint reading, and quality inspections, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Operate CNC fiber laser equipment to produce precision sheet metal components
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders
  • Set up equipment and load materials for production runs
  • Monitor machine performance to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Perform inspections using calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other precision measuring tools
  • Identify and report quality concerns or non-conforming parts
  • Complete production and quality documentation
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
What We're Looking ForRequired
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience operating CNC fiber laser equipment or similar fabrication machinery
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
