Key Responsibilities:
· Operate, monitor, and maintain CNC machines to ensure efficient and precise production operations.
· Set up machines according to job specifications, using setup sheets, tools, and fixtures.
· Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to produce accurate and high-quality parts.
· Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to verify conformance to specifications.
· Perform minor program edits and offsets as needed to ensure product quality.
· Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC equipment to maintain performance and safety standards.
· Document production activities, measurements, and quality checks accurately.
· Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output and quality goals.
· Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, deviations, or safety issues to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications:
