We are currently seeking a Full-Time Experienced CNC Operator (Night Shift) to join our Post Falls fabrication team. If you take pride in precision, safety, and craftsmanship — we want to hear from you.

???? Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate and monitor CNC machinery
  • Set up stock using laser guides for accurate placement
  • Load materials using mechanical lifters
  • Verify measurements and machine settings to meet specifications
  • Observe drilling, grooving, and cutting processes for quality control
  • Detect and troubleshoot malfunctions; adjust and reprogram controls as needed
  • Replace and maintain tooling to ensure optimal performance
  • Follow quality assurance procedures and production standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Adhere strictly to all production floor safety policies
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

  • Required: Stone CNC experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong mathematical skills, including fractions and measurements
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to read and understand written English instructions
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and sound judgment
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a criminal record check
