Job description

Looking to grow your CNC skills and work a swing shift schedule? Put your mechanical aptitude to work operating CNC equipment in a quality-focused manufacturing setting. With four 10-hour shifts, you'll enjoy three consecutive days off each week.


SALARY: $24-27 per hour

LOCATION: Woodland, WA

SCHEDULE: Full Time, Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM, Temporary approximately 1 month

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce parts that meet quality and specification requirements.
  • Complete first-part inspections and verify part measurements and specifications
  • Communicate any machine or production concerns to the lead or supervisor.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace while following all safety procedures and completing other shop-related tasks as needed.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 1-3 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry, machine operation preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to perform repetitive work with consistent accuracy. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic math skills.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:: Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, use manual dexterity, and lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
