Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in the Dublin, Ohio area. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CNC machining equipment, G-Code programming, and precision manufacturing processes. Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate CNC machining equipment according to production specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
  • Utilize G-Code knowledge to support machine operation and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality standards.
  • Perform routine inspections of finished products to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain production records and documentation as required.
  • Assist with general manufacturing and production activities.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Required Experience & Skills:
  • Experience working with G-Code programming.
  • Familiarity with WorkNC software.
  • Previous CNC machining or CNC operator experience required.
