Now Hiring: CNC Milling Machine Operator – 2nd/3rd Shift
???? $2,600 Sign-On Bonus/ $3/hour shift premium

We’re looking for a skilled CNC Milling Machine Operator to join our team on 2nd and 3rd shift. Pay is based on experience, and a skills test may be administered during the interview process.


Key Responsibilities
  • Set Up & Operate CNC Milling Machines based on blueprints and job travelers.

  • Interpret Technical Drawings to determine part specs, tooling needs, and sequence of operations.

  • Adjust Tooling & Machine Settings for accurate, efficient production.

  • Inspect Parts using calipers, micrometers, bore/thread gauges, and other precision tools.

  • Identify & Separate Nonconforming Parts per company standards.

  • Perform Secondary Operations like deburring and cleaning.

  • Maintain Equipment by keeping machines clean, organized, and properly lubricated.


Required Skills & Qualifications

(A skills test may be administered to evaluate proficiency)

  • CNC Milling Experience – required.

  • Blueprint Reading – ability to interpret detailed technical drawings.

  • Measurement Tools – skilled in using inspection equipment.
