Thomasville, GA | $17.00 / Hour
We are looking for a CNC Operator for a company that provides innovative panel and product solutions across a variety of markets including Transport, Marine, Offshore, Building and Commercial Interiors, and Military. This company has been serving clients for nearly 20 years and has a team with over 60 years of design and engineering skills. They work hard to customize each product and continue to expand and diversify product lines. With honesty and integrity, they focus on bringing integrity to all that they do.
Responsibilities
  • Plan machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, and orthographic drawings
  • Takes inventory by checking stock to determine the amount available, anticipated stock, and placing orders
  • Programs machine by entering instructions, including zero and reference points
  • Sets-up tooling and attachments such as collets and tool holders
  • Verify settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces
  • Maintain specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting
  • Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
  • Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements
  • Maintains continuity between job orders by documenting and communicating actions
  • Documents actions by completing production and quality logs
Requirements
  • Previous CNC operating experience
  • Willing to undergo a Criminal Background Check
  • Clean drug screen
  • Ability to lift and move 50lbs+
  • Great computer and technical skills
