The CNC Operator produces machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you will need the following skills:
* Proficient with operation of CNC machines and controls
* Proficient with various gauges and measuring devices
* Ability to read and interpret prints
* Strong understanding of dimensions and tolerances
* Strong understanding of material properties
