Job description

Integrated Magnetics is seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and repair of CNC machinery and related equipment. The CNC Maintenance Technician will play a key role in minimizing downtime and maximizing production efficiency in our custom engineering manufacturing facility serving military, government, aerospace, semiconductor, and medical industries.
Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment problems, collaborating with production and engineering teams, and maintaining accurate maintenance records.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in maintenance, electronics, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in CNC machine maintenance and repair.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Familiarity with PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
