Location: 365 Haacke Dr, Chestertown, MD 21620
Pay Range: $18 - $20 per hour, 15% Shift Premium on 2nd Shift
Work Hours:
  • 1st Shift - 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday
  • 2nd Shift - 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Are you ready to launch a hands-on career in manufacturing? The Dixon Group is looking for a motivated CNC Operator Trainee to join our team at our BOSS Division in Chestertown, MD! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who wants to learn valuable technical skills, work with advanced machinery, and be part of a company that invests in your growth. In this role, you'll be trained to set up and operate Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) mills and lathes to produce precision metal components.
