Key Responsibilities
  • Provides leadership and direction for all maintenance and service operations across the assigned region, driving consistency in service standards, customer satisfaction, and overall operational performance.

  • Manages and develops maintenance teams, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.

  • Oversees preventative maintenance programs and ensures timely repair and service of vending, micro market, and related equipment to maximize uptime and meet customer expectations.

  • Monitors and controls maintenance expenses, parts inventory, and fleet/equipment costs, and maintains oversight of tools and company assets to ensure proper use and condition.

  • Establishes and enforces safety standards, company policies, and regulatory compliance across all locations.

  • Analyzes service metrics to implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce downtime, and partners with operations and sales leadership to support new business installations and growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications
  • Associates degree and five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

  • Must be able to consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.

  • Must be able to travel frequently with frequent overnight stays.

Preferred Qualifications
  • EPA HVAC certification, CMRT certification, CMRP certification, and/or electrical technician certification preferred.
