Job description

Key Responsibilities
Compliance Leadership
  • Act as internal authority on CMMC, NIST 800-171, DFARS 7012, and related DIB requirements
  • Own all compliance interpretations and guidance embedded in the FutureFeed platform, ensuring logic, workflows, and recommendations are accurate and defensible
  • Review and approve compliance-related product changes prior to release
  • Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on internal operations, product behavior, and customer guidance
  • Serve as the escalation point for compliance questions across the company

Education, Training & Certification
  • Own the strategy, development, and delivery of all FutureFeed education programs, including the ongoing weekly training and training at conferences and events
  • Stay on top of changes to the platform to incorporate into the online and in person training as needed
  • Build curriculum, materials, and delivery guides to a level of documented repeatability that does not depend on any single individual
  • Design, launch, and manage User and Partner Certification Programs, including assessments and recertification standards
  • Ensure all education content reflects current compliance interpretations and product behavior

LMS & Content Operations
  • Own ongoing management of the Learning Management System
  • Manage learner progress tracking, content organization, reporting, and update cycles

Sales Enablement & Live Events
  • Support Sales and internal teams on curriculum for events like Compliance Jam
  • Ensure sales and marketing can speak accurately about compliance without overreach
  • Own compliance accuracy and educational integrity for FutureFeed conferences, events, and live training sessions

Cross-Functional Collaboration
This role partners closely with Product and Engineering to translate compliance requirements into usable product features, and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to keep compliance and education efforts aligned across the company.
Success Measures
  • Accuracy and consistency of compliance guidance across product, training, and internal operations
  • Reduced dependency on founder-led compliance decisions and training delivery
  • Adoption, completion, and certification rates among users and partners
  • Education and compliance programs that scale without dilution or drift

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience with DIB compliance frameworks (CMMC, NIST 800-171, DFARS 7012)
  • Proven ability to translate compliance requirements into practical guidance, tooling, or training
  • Strong judgment and comfort making defensible compliance calls in ambiguous situations
  • Experience designing and delivering education or training programs, ideally in a SaaS or technical environment
  • Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • CMMC-CCA qualifications and experience as a CMMC assessor preferred.
