Job description

The Clubhouse Cleaning Attendant maintains the cleanliness and overall appearance of our clubhouse. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the clubhouse, including dining areas, restrooms, locker rooms, and common spaces, are kept in pristine condition for our members and guests. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and can efficiently complete daily cleaning tasks with minimal supervision. This is a part-time, weekends-only position.
Essential Functions:
  • Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of all clubhouse areas, including floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Clean and restock restrooms, ensuring high standards of hygiene.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of dining areas, restrooms and event spaces.
  • Vacuum, mop, and dust as needed to ensure a well-maintained environment.
  • Empty trash and recycling bins, ensuring proper disposal.
  • Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and notify management when additional supplies are needed.
  • Assist with occasional deep-cleaning projects and seasonal maintenance.
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to management.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a clean environment.
  • Ability to work early mornings, over nights or evenings, depending on the clubhouse's schedule.

Working Conditions
ADA Physical/Mental/Workplace Requirements

  • Able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
  • Able to stand 100% of the time.
  • Occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat, and water.

Hourly rate: $20.00/hr
