About the Role
White Oaks Crossing located in White Oaks, MO is looking for a part-time, friendly, reliable Clubhouse Attendant to help keep our clubhouse and pool area welcoming, clean, and enjoyable for residents and guests. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, being outdoors, and taking pride in maintaining a great community space.
What you'll Do
Greet residents and guests, answer phones, and assist with basic requests
Keep the pool and spa clean and maintain the surrounding pool area
Water flowers, maintain flower containers, and care for the clubhouse garden
Monitor the pool area during the summer and help enforce pool rules
Perform light maintenance and clerical tasks
Perform light janitorial duties inside the clubhouse
Participate in community events and social activities
Complete other tasks as assigned
What We're Looking For
Ability to perform all essential duties safely and effectively
Basic reading, writing, and communication skills
Ability to do simple math (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing)
Common-sense problem-solving skills
General computer skills for simple online tasks
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Able to lift 10-25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Physically able to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and be active throughout the shift
Work Environment
This job involves regular outdoor work and exposure to weather, noise, and occasional contact with chemicals used for pool maintenance. You'll be active throughout the day and may work around moving mechanical parts.
