Job description

Cloud Practice Leader
Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Practice Lead with strong expertise across Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, and Security domains. The role will lead solution design, support RFP responses, and work closely with Sales and Presales teams to architect and present compelling managed services and transformation solutions to enterprise customers.
This role requires both deep technical credibility and strong client-facing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Design end-to-end Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, and Security solutions (on-prem, hybrid, multi-cloud)
• Lead technical solutioning for RFPs, RFIs, and strategic pursuits
• Define managed services operating models (IMS, NOC, Cloud Ops, SecOps, L1/L2/L3) • Collaborate with Sales and Presales in discovery workshops and customer presentations • Develop high-level architecture diagrams, scope definitions, SLAs, and transition approaches
• Support effort estimation, pricing inputs, and deal shaping
• Mentor teams and contribute to practice-level accelerators and service offerings
Required Experience
• 15+ years in Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, and Security domains
• Strong background in enterprise network architecture and production support
environments
• Experience designing 24x7 support and managed services models
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS and/or Azure
• Familiarity with security architecture, IAM, and compliance frameworks
• Prior experience leading RFP responses and large enterprise pursuits
