Program Manager - Cloud Migration Assessment

Location: Remote, USA - Preferably East Coast.

Employment Type: Full Time. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Company Overview

Trianz is an applied AI solutions company that accelerates customer business transformation through AI powered "Transformation Services as a Software Model". With 25+ years of transforming enterprises, we've evolved to a product-led, platform-driven organization serving global enterprises across Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, and other industries.

With global presence across 4 continents, our platform portfolio under the unified Concierto brand delivers end-to-end transformations including solutions for Migrate, Manage, Maximize, Modernize, Insights & Agentic AI, and SecOps - delivered through strategic partnerships with leading hyperscalers.

We're building the premier innovation-led organization in the digital transformation space through AI-first methodologies and data-driven excellence - RevolutionAIzing Transformations.

Role Overview

We are seeking to hire experienced Program Manager – Cloud Migration Assessment – to support the migration assessment and modernization.

Trianz's Ignite Assessment Team delivers cloud migration assessments (EARs - Executive Assessment Reports) to enterprise clients evaluating their journey to AWS and other Cloud Platforms. This Program Manager role sits at the intersection of technical discovery and business conversion owning the narrative that transforms an assessment into a committed migration program.

This is not a traditional PM role. This is a strategic sales-delivery hybrid for someone who can synthesize infrastructure and application complexity into a C-suite business story that drives conversions.

Key Responsibilities Primary Accountability

Own the EAR narrative, C-suite positioning, deal structure, and conversion readiness from assessment through migration commitment. Drive a 60%+ assess-to-migrate conversion rate through disciplined pipeline management and compelling executive storytelling.

EAR Narrative Ownership
  • Shape the EAR deck narrative across Executive Summary, Financial Impact, and Risk Mitigation sections
  • Synthesize Infrastructure, Database and Application SA findings into a unified, coherent cloud strategy story
  • Ensure the EAR lands as a business case - not a technical report
C-Suite Engagement
  • Own the executive conversation: present directly to CTOs, VP Infrastructure, CFOs, and business leaders
  • Position financial outcomes: TCO, CapEx/OpEx trade-offs, velocity gains, and risk reduction
  • Translate Trianz's Concierto platform capabilities and wave planning into boardroom language
Conversion Pipeline Management
  • Manage the assessment-to-migration conversion pipeline: decision timeline, stakeholder alignment, objection tracking
  • Identify and neutralize blockers between EAR delivery and Phase 2(online assessment) commitment
  • Drive urgency without damaging trust - know when to push and when to let the case build
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with the Project Manager on customer readiness between EAR readout and conversion milestone
  • Collaborate with the Lead Program Manager on deal structure, Phase 2 scope definition, and conversion metrics
  • Work alongside Engagement Leaders to ensure technical findings are represented accurately in the narrative
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 12-14 years of experience with 5+ years of Program management
  • 7+ years in enterprise technology sales, consulting, or cloud program management
  • Demonstrated track record of closing or converting enterprise technology decisions at C-suite level
  • Deep familiarity with cloud economics: TCO modeling, CapEx/OpEx framing, ROI construction
  • Experience presenting complex technical strategies to non-technical executive audiences
  • Strong command of AWS services, cloud migration patterns, and the 7Rs framework
  • Proficiency with executive deck construction – you write the narrative, not just the slides
Technical Expertise Cloud Platforms
  • AWS
  • Microsoft Azure
  • GCP
Cloud Economics & Migration Frameworks
  • TCO modeling
  • CapEx/OpEx framing
  • ROI construction
  • 7Rs framework
  • AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP)
  • Wave Planning
Executive Deliverables
  • Ownership and quality assurance of the assessment deliverable
  • Unified Executive Assessment Reports (EARs)
  • Executive deck construction and narrative
Preferred Background
  • Mindset: Strategic thinker, outcome-obsessed storyteller, customer psychologist
  • Prior experience in a cloud migration assessment or pre‑sales capacity at AWS or a cloud consultancy
  • Familiarity with AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP) and same for other hyperscalars and how it features in a financial narrative
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM for pipeline tracking
  • Background in FinTech, healthcare, or other regulated industries where risk framing is critical
Travel Requirement
  • Willingness to travel up to 30 to 40% to client locations as needed.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Why choose Trianz?
  • Personal Growth: Startup agility with enterprise impact. Experience rapid innovation cycles while working on Fortune 500 transformations.
  • AI-First Future: Where humans and AI revolutionize business. Lead the charge in implementing AI-driven transformation at scale.
  • Global Impact: Shape transformation across continents. Work with diverse teams and clients spanning Americas, Europe, Asia, and beyond.
  • Executive Access: Direct impact on Fortune 500 strategies. Work alongside C-suite leaders and influence major business decisions.
  • Ownership & Entrepreneurial Spirit: Your ideas, our platform, global impact. Zero bureaucracy culture with decision-making autonomy and rapid execution.
