Reports To: Operations Manager / General Manager
Adventure Park is a family-friendly adventure park dedicated to creating safe, exciting, and memorable experiences for guests of all ages. We pride ourselves on outstanding guest service, operational excellence, and a strong team culture.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Closing Manager to oversee evening operations and ensure the park is properly secured and prepared for the next business day. This leadership role is critical to maintaining safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness. The ideal candidate is responsible, confident leading a team, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all end-of-day operations and ensure a smooth closing process
  • Secure the facility by locking gates, doors, cash drawers, and restricted areas
  • Close and reconcile Guest Services POS systems
  • Ensure all attractions are properly shut down according to safety protocols
  • Supervise and support team members during closing duties
  • Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure the park is clean, organized, and guest-ready for the next day
  • Address and document any maintenance, safety, or operational issues
  • Communicate relevant updates to management for next-day operations
  • Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed at all times

Requirements:
Qualifications
  • Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and team communication skills
  • Highly responsible, punctual, and trustworthy
  • Ability to remain calm and decisive in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable enforcing policies and holding team members accountable
  • Basic understanding of POS systems and cash handling

Availability Requirements
  • Evening and weekend availability required
