  • Identify and report safety hazards.
  • Document injuries, incidents, maintenance concerns, and operational issues as required.
  • When safety is in doubt, communicate with management before proceeding.
  • Ensure employees understand and follow proper closing procedures.
  • Never allow an employee to skip a safety requirement simply to finish closing faster.

Communication & Next-Day Preparation
  • Document maintenance, safety, staffing, supply, or operational issues.
  • Communicate important information to management before leaving.
  • Leave clear notes for the opening team when necessary.
  • Identify anything that could affect the next day's operation.
  • Ensure the next team has the information they need to start the day successfully.

THE CLOSING MANAGER MINDSET
At Adventure Park, closing isn't just turning off the lights.
A great Closing Manager understands that the quality of tomorrow's operation starts with how we close today.
We are looking for someone who:
  • Owns It - Takes responsibility for the entire closing process.
  • Checks It - Doesn't assume something was done; verifies it.
  • Leads It - Keeps the team moving and maintains accountability.

AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS

OUR IDEAL CLOSING MANAGER
You're the person who doesn't leave things halfway done.
You walk through the park one more time because you want to make sure everything is right. You notice the door that wasn't locked, the trash that wasn't emptied, the attraction that wasn't properly shut down, or the issue that tomorrow's team needs to know about.
You're dependable. You're observant. You're willing to hold people accountable. And when something goes wrong, you're the person who looks for a solution.
You don't just close the park.
You set tomorrow's team up for success.
