As a Market Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the clinical and operational success of your market. This role balances clinical leadership and direct patient care as a Primary Care Physician (PCP), with a key focus on mentoring, developing, and leading your team to deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications:

  • Education: MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a similar specialty required.

  • Experience:

    • At least 3 years of clinical experience (5 years preferred).

    • A proven leader in healthcare, ideally with 2+ years as a Medical Director or equivalent, preferably with a Medicare/Medicaid patient population.

    • Board Certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a similar specialty (preferred).

    • Experience managing complex patient populations, with expertise in chronic disease management, population risk management, and quality improvement.

    • Previous experience as a PCP or Medical Director within the ChenMed model is a strong plus.
