As an LCSW within our organization, you will:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand students' mental health needs and create tailored, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy focusing on a variety of mental health issues, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all patient interactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical practice.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including school psychologists, counselors, and educators, to coordinate interventions and support for students.
• Participate in ongoing professional development by engaging in peer review sessions, case consultations, and staying abreast of the latest research in mental health.
• Offer educational sessions to students, parents, and faculty on mental health awareness, coping strategies, and available resources.
• Manage a proactive caseload of students, ensuring that each individual receives timely and effective services leading to improved mental health outcomes.

Your work will center around adolescents facing a myriad of challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and other mental health disorders. By facilitating a supportive therapeutic alliance, you will empower students to develop coping mechanisms and build resilience. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois is required.
• A minimum of three years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy services is necessary.
• Proficiency in solution-based therapeutic interventions and a dedication to integrating innovative practices into treatment approaches.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and school staff.
