Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a well-managed caseload, establishing rapport and fostering positive relationships with clients while adhering to professional ethics.

  • Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate individualized treatment plans focused on each client's specific goals and needs.
  • Document all interactions and maintain accurate and up-to-date progress notes to ensure comprehensive client care.
  • Conduct intake assessments to thoroughly understand new clients’ mental health backgrounds and establish baseline treatment strategies.
  • Participate in individual supervision sessions aimed at professional development and maintaining a growth mindset.
  • Collaborate with fellow healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to mental health treatment.
