Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)
Kingwood, Texas | On-site

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our team in Kingwood, TX. This position is embedded within a clinical practice and offers the opportunity to work closely with patients, physicians, and research teams to advance clinical trials.

This role is ideal for someone who is self-driven, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is excited about contributing to cutting-edge clinical research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage clinical trial activities from start-up through close-out
  • Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants
  • Conduct patient visits in accordance with study protocols
  • Perform clinical assessments and collect study data
  • Assist with and support surgical procedures as required by protocol
  • Maintain accurate and timely source documentation and regulatory files
  • Ensure compliance with protocol, sponsor requirements, and regulatory guidelines
  • Manage study-related administrative tasks, including data entry and query resolution
  • Communicate effectively with investigators, sponsors, and study participants

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator preferred (or relevant healthcare/research experience)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Excellent communication and patient-facing skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced clinical setting
  • Experience with EMR systems and clinical trial documentation a plus
  • Phlebotomy, EKG, or other clinical skills preferred (if applicable)
