The Project Manager is responsible for the overall success of implementations by planning, executing, and closing customer projects. In addition to being responsible for supporting the administrative, scheduling, and communication-related activities for customer projects, the Project Manager is responsible for creating clear and attainable project objectives, building the project requirements, and managing the associated constraints of the project of cost, time, scope, and quality.
What You Will Do:
โ€ข Responsible for creating clear & attainable project objectives, building out project requirements & managing the associated constraints of the project including cost, time, scope & quality.
โ€ข Provide planning & resource scheduling. This will include tracking the team workload and communicating bottlenecks & resource availability proactively.
โ€ข Follow up with team on action items & project updates, holding individuals & team members accountable to commitments.
โ€ข Provide risk & issue management, spot & minimize potential project risks and/or issues that might delay the project completion.
โ€ข Responsible for scope management, including both internal & external communication.
โ€ข Work in a blended environment of waterfall, Agile and hybrid across customers with Project Management tools (Jira, MS Project, Mavenlink).
โ€ข Create & maintain project documentation that is the single source of truth about a project to keep teams aligned & informed.
โ€ข Provide hands on project management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, launch & post launch phases.
โ€ข Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
What You Need to Succeed:
โ€ข 3+ Years of demonstrated success as a Project Manager.
โ€ข Experience working within the software industry. Start up or high growth experience highly preferred.
