The Manager, IKC Clinical Programs will play a critical leadership role in shaping DaVita's integrated care strategy and overseeing the execution of key initiatives that support our shift to a value-based care model related to Stars & quality metric improvement. This individual will drive complex, cross-functional projects to design and operationalize innovative care models around quality metrics that improve patient outcomes, experience, and cost of care. This role requires a strategic thinker and operational leader who excels in navigating ambiguity and collaborating across diverse stakeholder groups. The Manager will lead initiatives spanning multiple workstreams within DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (IKC), ensuring clinical programs are thoughtfully designed and effectively executed. The Manager will work on a team of highly motivated individuals with backgrounds in healthcare strategy, change management, and clinical operations. This highly visible and cross-functional role will partner directly with leaders across DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) to drive forward the organization's transformation efforts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Project Management Lead re: the development and execution of project plans regarding quality measures, defining milestones, timelines, and ensuring projects stay on track to meet deadlines.
  • Establish and track key performance metrics, ensuring the evaluation of success and program impact aligns with organizational goals related to Stars and quality measures.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and providing regular leadership updates on project progress and challenges.
  • Strategy and Operations Oversee the day-to-day operations of key initiatives, ensuring that tools, workflows, and support structures are in place to maintain long-term impact and efficiency.
  • Monitor program performance, proactively identifying areas of improvement, and lead efforts to drive continuous improvement in program execution and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of operational strategies and clinical outcomes.
  • Pilots and Experimentation: Drive the strategic direction of key Clinical Transformation initiatives, including hypothesis development, research, insight generation, and delivering actionable business recommendations.
  • Lead efforts to build consensus around best practices across stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth implementation of clinical programs.
  • Oversee collaboration with teams across the organization to successfully pilot and scale new clinical programs.
  • Synthesize complex data and findings, presenting insights in a clear, actionable format to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Lead the process of translating complex business challenges into strategic recommendations and cohesive, impactful stories.
