Job description

The AI Infrastructure Design and Engineering team is responsible for designing, engineering, coordinating, and delivering the infrastructure that powers Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's rapidly expanding AI and GPU portfolio. The organization partners closely with Deployment, AI Operations, Automation, Physical Networking, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Data Center Operations, Observability, Finance, Business Operations, hardware and software vendors, and senior leadership to deliver highly complex infrastructure programs at global scale.

As a Principal Program Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and operational readiness of strategic AI infrastructure and GPU fabric NPI initiatives. You will be responsible for translating complex technical and operational requirements into integrated execution plans, establishing governance frameworks, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple concurrent programs. This role requires the ability to influence across organizations, navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive executive decision-making without direct authority.
