Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project / Program Manager to lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology initiatives for a large enterprise environment. This remote opportunity is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background in IT project management, data reporting, contingent workforce programs, and cross-functional leadership.

The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technology projects through the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to implementation and closeout.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, scope, and key deliverables.
  • Coordinate project resources, assign responsibilities, and support team development through coaching and collaboration.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize business requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in delivering technology solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies while communicating project status to leadership.
  • Develop testing strategies and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure successful solution deployment.
  • Create rollout plans and support implementation activities to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Prepare project reporting, performance metrics, and executive-level presentations.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and recommend solutions that support business goals.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience managing large-scale IT projects and programs.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex reporting and data analysis.
  • Experience supporting contingent workforce or vendor management programs.
