Now Hiring - Assistant Clinical Director 

The Assistant Clinical Director will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Performs tasks as assigned by the designated leader

  • Staff development

  • Provides supervisor back-up for nursing departments when leadership is unavailable

  • management of key services in accordance with policies, procedures and current federal, state and local standards,

  • Works in cooperation with the Director of Nursing and Executive Director to ensure the care provided meets current standards of nursing/clinical practice

  • Ensure that adequate support is provided to Regional Managers

  • Ensures that all reporting (including QAPI) are turned in as required by policy and procedure,

  • Position exercises considerable judgment in applying professional knowledge in solving professional, administrative and supervisory problems within assigned areas,

  • Support intake department

  • Assist with monthly clinical invoices and other managerial duties.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Professional Experience:

  • Must have a State Certified RN license

  • Certified Hospice & Palliative Care Nurse (CHPN) certification, a plus

  • 3+ years of Nursing experience

  • Hospice or Homecare experience a must

  • Demonstrated skills in administrative performance, including expertise in written/oral communication, supervision of staff, documentation requirements, service coordination and case management.
