We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible, fellowship-trained Interventional Pain Physician to join our thriving, multi-specialty practice serving Merritt Island, Melbourne, and the surrounding Space Coast communities.

We prioritize a patient-first, functional outcomes approach over high-volume medication management. You will inherit a turnkey clinical template with a massive, built-in patient referral stream across Brevard County, working alongside a fully integrated team of physical therapists and dedicated APPs.

What Makes This Opportunity Unique?

  • Unbeatable Coastline Lifestyle: Enjoy pristine beaches, world-class boating, and rocket launches from your backyard, all with a highly competitive cost of living.
  • State-of-the-Art Infrastructure: Direct access to our fully accredited Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) right here on the Space Coast, equipped with modern fluoroscopy and ultrasound suites.
  • True Autonomy: Focus purely on diagnostics and advanced interventions; we do not force restrictive treatment algorithms.
  • Uncapped Earning Potential: Highly competitive base salary with a rewarding, transparent productivity bonus structure, maximized by no Florida state income tax.
  • Exceptional Work-Life Balance: 100% outpatient setting with no hospital call, no weekends, and no eveningsโ€”giving you plenty of time to enjoy the Florida sunshine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive Clinical Care: Diagnose and formulate custom care plans for acute and chronic musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
  • Advanced Interventions: Perform targeted fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided procedures (including epidurals, RFA, joint injections, and sympathetic blocks) in our modern ASC.
  • Advanced Neuromodulation: Lead and scale our implantable device pipeline, including Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) trials/implants and peripheral nerve stimulation.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Supervise and collaborate with experienced Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners who handle routine follow-ups, keeping your schedule focused on procedures.
  • Efficient Documentation: Utilize our intuitive system designed to minimize charting time.

Compensation & Exceptional Benefits

  • Base Salary: up to $450,000
  • Production Incentives: Generous production bonuses.
  • Partnership Option: Clear, structured partnership track with lucrative real estate and ASC investment potential.
  • Time Off: 4 to 5 weeks of annual Paid Time Off (PTO) to travel or relax.
  • CME Allowance: $[Insert Amount, e.g., $5,000] annual stipend plus dedicated CME days.
  • Full Coverage: Premium health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Protection: 100% paid malpractice insurance coverage including tail coverage.
  • Relocation: Generous relocation assistance package to help you transition smoothly to the Space Coast.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Training: Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine Fellowship.
  • Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Pain Medicine via Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology.
  • Licensure: Unrestricted Florida medical license (or eligibility to obtain) and active DEA registration.
  • Mindset: An empathetic communicator who thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary care culture.

About Our Location: The Space Coast Advantage

Located right on Merritt Island and stretching across a 25-mile radius including Melbourne, Rockledge, and Cocoa Beach, our practice sits in one of Florida's fastest-growing, most dynamic regions.

Outdoor Paradise: Enjoy year-round boating, fishing, golfing, and surfing at nearby Cocoa Beach.

Family Friendly: The area boasts top-rated public and private school systems (Brevard County Public Schools consistently rank among the best in the state).

Perfectly Connected: Experience the thrill of live rocket launches, live just an hour away from Orlando's major international airport and theme parks, and benefit from no state income tax to keep more of what you earn.
