The Role:

We are seeking aย Clinical Operations Associate to support Zealthy's fast-growing clinical team. This role will focus on overseeing the performance of a large network of care coordinators and ensuring smooth operational execution across internal tools and partner systems.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee day-to-day workflows across a network of ~150 coordinators
  • Manage performance and accountability across contractor teams, ensuring clinical operations tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain and update workflows within Zealthy's internal platforms (Provider & Coordinator Portals) as well as external systems like ZenDesk
  • Design, document, and implement scalable workflows and SOPs that improve efficiency and quality
  • Audit outdated SOPs and introduce process improvements or new protocols where needed
  • Collaborate with pharmacy partners to ensure fulfillment and care coordination run smoothly
  • Track key performance and operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and solve issues in real time
  • Partner with the Operations team, CEO, and other senior leaders to support high-priority initiatives
  • Lead ad-hoc projects from planning through execution
  • Serve as a critical support resource during rapid operational scale-ups

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical delivery, or workflow management
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale teams or high-volume systems with speed and accuracy
  • Strong familiarity with tools like ZenDesk and healthcare-specific ticketing or portal systems
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Process-oriented mindset with a knack for spotting inefficiencies and implementing solutions
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
