Now Hiring an Operations Manager for our Detox and Residential treatment facility, located in Baton Rouge, LA.


What You'll Do

• Manage complete maintenance of facility and property (fire drills, vehicle maintenance, tech
support, inventory, storage etc.)
• Complete periodic maintenance checklists to ensure functionality, safety and compliance
• Oversee and direct custodial and housekeeping staff and all external contractors
• Provide operational support whenever needed (i.e administrative errands, transportation
coordination, event planning, security oversight, Accounts Payable etc.)
• Collaborate with Executive Director and Administrator as necessary


What We're Looking For


• High School Diploma/ GED
• Min. 1 year experience in substance abuse treatment industry (preferred)
• Valid driver's license
• Acute observational and communicational skills
• Ability to collaborate and multitask
• Strong responsibility and accountability
