Job Overview: Pay Range: $24.19hr - $29.19hr Requirement/Must Have: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and move boxes up to 30-40 pounds. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications. Ability to work flexible hours during semester start-up and peak periods. Responsibilities: Support daily operations of the bookstore. Provide front-line customer service to students, faculty and staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Receive, unpack, and stock textbooks, receive shipments in the system. Assist students with ordering textbooks, accessing digital bookshelf, redeeming access codes. Coordinate textbook distribution, returns and exchanges. Support faculty with textbook adoption processes, deadlines, and platform navigation to ensure accurate listings each semester. Liaison with online book distributor and publishers as needed to troubleshoot orders and access codes. Address, resolve or escalate student, faculty, and staff concerns. Maintain bookstore order and organization. Perform basic administrative tasks. Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced higher education environment.
