The Clinical Operations Coordinator serves as a key support resource for multiple assessment programs, including Michigan QRTP and North Dakota PASRR. This role is responsible for coordinating assessment activities, managing referrals, ensuring timely processing of case-related documentation, and facilitating communication among assessors, providers, facilities, and program stakeholders. The Clinical Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining compliance with program requirements, supporting operational workflows, and providing technical assistance to ensure efficient service delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research and resolve discrepancies with provider documents.
- Review information keyed into the system to verify the accuracy of data.
- Monitor data/image quality of scanned documents.
- Follow established policies and procedures for index and imaging without deviation.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience required.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a call center environment or in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications efficiently
- Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
Preferred Requirements
- Residency in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone
- Associate degree in Administration, Office Management, Organizational Leadership, or a related field
- Typing speed of 25-50 WPM
- Minimum 2-3 years of scheduling experience
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, Genesys and SharePoint
- Prior experience handling inbound and outbound calls
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service orientation
- Demonstrated organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage administrative tasks
- Ability to remain adaptable and task-focused in a fast-paced environment
