• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of each client.
• Engage in crisis intervention strategies, designing pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessment protocols to ensure client safety.
• Adhere to regulatory standards by completing necessary documentation promptly and accurately, contributing to the agency's compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to our clients.
• Act as a liaison between our clinic and external service systems, state agencies, and community partners, ensuring seamless access to resources.
• Participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold our clinic’s high standards of care.
• Engage in continuous professional development opportunities, including attending conferences and representing the agency at community and state-wide meetings.
• Promote our agency's mission, values, and principles in all interactions and communications, both internally and externally.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the ongoing operation of the clinic.

As an LMHC at Immersed Clinical Centre, you will serve a diverse range of clients facing various emotional and mental health challenges. Your expertise will be crucial in providing effective therapies for individuals in crisis and those navigating long-term recovery from substance use. Our focus also extends to clients with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries, requiring tailored interventions that foster their individual strengths.

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
• Possession of an independent LMHC license, as recognized by the state board, is mandatory.
• Proficient in maintaining clinical records and preparing reports necessary for compliance and clinical accountability.
• Ability to communicate effectively within interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Sound independent judgment for making clinical decisions based on professional knowledge and ethical guidelines.

• Previous experience in a mental health outpatient setting is advantageous.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including those facing substance use challenges and developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and the application of screening tools in clinical assessments.

The annual salary for the position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
